Check-In Conversation

Imagine that you are sitting down to a cup of coffee with your best friend - but it is just actually you, a cup of coffee, and maybe a journal. In your most kind, gentle voice, ask yourself these five questions and see what arises in response:

What is hard for you right now?

What is beautiful in your life?

What things do you need to release or let go of?

What is it that you want to do?

How can you make a little space in your days for what you desire?


This can be a beautiful morning journal practice, a conversation with yourself having coffee on the patio, or just a thoughtful practice of checking in with yourself periodically.
