You have been thinking about big things in the last few weeks. I want to offer a practice to bring you some peace this week.

Sit with your hand on your heart. Take a few deep breaths. Now ask your heart for the answer.

Your mind just thought it needed to analyze things, imagine outcomes, scrutinize details, make assumptions, and overthink it.
