Remember those famous bracelets that read, "What would Jesus do?"
And then those words were shortened to a 1990's pop-culture acronym, "WWJD?"

Today's tool for you is a play on this concept.

We have talked about the power of our imagination in previous emails. We are going to harness that amazing powerful imagination of yours yet again this week.

Next time you are feeling unsure of yourself, try imagining what alternate versions of yourself would do in that situation.

Use your own name, but here are some examples using my name:

I'm afraid of trying that new thing.
What would Courageous Ginger do?

I'm worried about how this conversation is going to go.
What would Confident Ginger do?

I'm overwhelmed with how I'm going to get everything done.
What would Calm Ginger do?

Imagine how the many different versions of you would approach the situation. This exercise is a great one to help you get unstuck and moving forward again. Try it out for yourself. This is a simple, yet powerful tool to add to your toolbox of life skills.
