These weekly emails have turned into a book of 150 practices that you can have in your hands. They are organized by categories: feel better quick, get unstuck, quiet your brain, befriend yourself, tap into courage, make thoughtful decisions, foster relationships, find more energy, practice self-compassion, know your purpose, stay present, create joy, and connect with compassion.
So now, as life throws something new at you, you can flip to a relevant section and quickly find some hope and help. I have wanted to create this for you for the past few years. It was a labor of love to organize them, revise them, add more meaning, and design it as a resource to help make being human a little easier for all of us.
It is over 500 pages of practical advice, research, things to try, and loving encouragement. Here it is:
This is a book to have on your coffee table for when you need a dose of encouragement or bedside to help you manage your busy brain. I hope you write in it, tag your favorites, discuss with friends, and remind each other of these practices. This book gives you a lot of tools for your toolbox of life.
These emails will keep coming to you each week with new material. I’m re-inspired with lots of things to share with you. Being human is complicated, so there is plenty to write about!
