For some of us, it is clear and for others, we are searching for a sense of purpose. We all share the purpose of being an instrument of love in the world. But sometimes we wonder what else we are supposed to be doing. Searching for purpose is a topic that often arises with my clients. Especially now, when so many areas of our country are hurting, I hear many people asking:

What is mine to do?

Making an impact doesn’t have to be hard work, follow what comes easily to you and it will seem like magic to someone else.

Finding a sense of purpose adds meaning to our lives and extends our lives. Harvard researchers found that a sense of purpose improves our physical health and life expectancy. Knowing your purpose fulfills you and serves others at the same time.

Keep exploring what is yours to do. This list is just a place to get us started. Revise your purpose statement until it feels true and powerful to you. Then go out and be that.
